Business Process Outsourcing, or BPO as it is known, is the growing trend in business these days. BPO is the means of outsourcing jobs that your company needs to other companies. While some tasks are able to be done locally, more and more companies are sending their tasks to overseas companies.

When customer support functions are creating a heavy burden, both financially and personnel wise in your business, using a foreign call center can reduce your overhead and costs. However, this does not come without its negative features as well.

Then the complaints really poured in.  Unable to understand the questions or directions being given by their customer support, this company brought back a major portion of their call center support operations to America, and native English speakers.
